A Virtualmin, Inc. technician will login to your system and perform the installation process for you. You must provide ssh access to a root or sudo-capable account on a server with a freshly installed Grade A or Grade B supported Operating System. Installation Service is not available for Virtualmin GPL or any of our other Open Source products. It is exclusively for our Virtualmin Professional and Cloudmin products.
We recommend you attempt to run the install script yourself before purchasing this product. The installation on a freshly installed Grade A operating system is usually extremely quick and easy and requires little specialized knowledge, and we provide unlimited support for all of our Professional products via our ticket tracker. Most installation problems are related to non-standard packages being installed or non-standard OS repositories being enabled, and are easily corrected by starting with a fresh OS installation or removing the non-standard packages and repositories.
