Go to Webmin -> Hardware -> System Time -> Time server sync tab Enter for Timeserver hostnames or addresses: time.nist.gov Click [Sync and Apply] button
You will get an Error page with this content:
NTP time synchronization failed : sh: 1: ntpdate: not found
Ntpdate is deprecated, Debian distros do not have it by default. It is not recommended to install it. Please change the script for this action to use the following command instead ntpdate:
"sntp -s" and "Timeserver hostnames or addresses" used in form.
Thank you.

Thank you for taking in consideration this update.
If you want using sntp command on Debian Jessie it is not installed by default like in Wheezy. You have to use ntp package according to the debian 8 user guide. A common solution for both versions is necessary.
