SOAP::Lite Perl module installation bug

Trying to get SOAP::Lite perl module - it is not listed as available package in yum, so I tried to install it via "Webmin Perl modules".
I think webmin got a problem with the installation of SOAP::Lite module.
In any webbrowser it just does this:

and goes nowhere.. Webmin is trying to download it and it stays like that for a long time.
It could be something wrong with the module itself.
