Cancellation

I need this license cancelled. I didn't even know it was renewing every month. Please cancel immediately and do not charge my credit card. If it's already been charged for March I would like my money refunded.

Howdy -- sorry for the confusion!

Yeah the licenses are all subscriptions, they will recur every month, or every year, depending on whether monthly or yearly is selected when purchasing.

I went ahead and cancelled your license though.

Also, while you hadn't been charged for March, I did refund your February payment.
