Hi Virtualmin team!
Happy new year 2014 to all of you, with Health, happiness and continuing success!
I just tried cloning a test-site.
It seems to have worked just fine as it should, except the "installed scripts" list of installed scripts shows no script installed on the clone while there were on the original. While it copied in files and database, scripts are not listed anymore, so not managed by Virtualmin anymore on the clone, to the contrary of the master server.
Not sure if bug or non-feature, so categorizing as bug for now.

Thanks for pointing this out - this is actually a bug, which I will fix in the next Virtualmin release.
