unable to renew license as not in my portal
i should have at least three licenses - i think this is the one i need to renew:

Howdy -- thanks for contacting us!
You can see your various licenses by clicking on the "Expired" link towards the bottom of the Software Licenses tab.
Note though that due to changes in our licensing that occurred in the beginning of 2016, it's not possible to renew licenses purchased before then. You would need to purchase a new license and apply it to your server.
The price for renewals and new purchases is now the same price. You can pay for licenses monthly, or yearly, which ever you prefer. And renewals will occur automatically now, you won't need to log back in to manually handle that.
Note that we also gave out a number of free months on all your licenses as a thank you for being a customer for so long. Thanks!
When you're ready, you can purchase a new license using the "Buy" link above, and then apply that to your server with a command such as this:
virtualmin change-license --serial SERIAL --key KEY
